What is the expected timeframe for me to receive the package?
It is important to note that orders must be processed before they can be shipped. The waiting time before receiving the package consists of the shipping time and the delivery time.
An order status of " The order was accepted" means that we have verified your order and it is being processed. This process requires some time to confirm your contact information and delivery address, sort the product(s), conduct quality checks and properly pack the product(s).Once your order is properly packed, it will be handed over to the shipping company. 
The estimated shipping time for your order is 5-7 business days.
An order status of "On the way" means that your product(s) has(have) already started shipping and you can track your order once the courier updates the tracking number. However, since the shipping process involves international shipping, your package may be in transit or going through customs clearance, which can cause delays in tracking updates. You can contact us if you need help with the delivery status of your order.
The estimated delivery time for your order is 15-20, 35-45 business days.

•    Some products may have a longer shipping time depending on the volume of orders.
•    Seemoorg cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays. 

What are Seemoorg's charges?
Seemoorg's charges for shipping may vary depending on the product and shipping destination. When you place an order on our site, the total amount including shipping fees and charges will be displayed. Unless otherwise noted at checkout, there are no extra charges or duties to pay upon delivery.
For international shipping, rates are determined at checkout based on factors such as product type, quantity, total weight of your order, and the destination's postal code.
